Core Disciple
Don’t merely be a disciple.
Be a disciple maker.
Week 1
What is the nature of reality? Christianity is true because it describes reality as it really is. This week is an interaction with the nature of truth, belief, evidence for the existence of God and the resurrection of Jesus.
Week 2
What did Jesus teach about reality? Who is God, who are we, and how do we find reconciliation to God? This week is an interaction with the Scriptures and essential theology.
Week 3
We are made to worship God and enjoy Him without end. The Holy Spirit transforms us in mind and heart—believing truth and changing desires—into the likeness of Christ. This week is an interaction with Biblical spirituality, abiding in Christ, and life with the Holy Spirit.
Week 4
Jesus instituted the Great Commission, where those who follow Him are to make disciples. This week is an interaction with being an ambassador for Christ and making disciples.
By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.
Seek the fullness of life that Jesus is offering.
Take the time to dig deep, investing richly in your formation as a disciple of Jesus alongside other brothers and sisters. Varying in length (2-8 weeks) and topics, our discipleship cohort training emphasizes holistic formation—the mind and the heart together for the Kingdom—in participation with the Holy Spirit. Currently, we offer cohorts for high school students and college students.
Core Disciple
Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself. Core Disciple combines the formation of the heart and mind with outward service and mission - being an effective disciple who makes disciples.
Core Ambassador
Are you willing to become all things to all people? Core Ambassador will train you to understand culture and communicate effectively within it with grace and truth.
Core Abide
“Apart from Me you can do nothing.” Core Abide is geared to help you understand and pursue spiritual formation into Christlikeness with the Holy Spirit.
