About
We promote the health and growth of local churches by providing relevant discipleship training and consulting.
Our discipleship training is accomplished in person—including cohorts, topical sessions, retreats, conferences, and other special events.
Our consulting involves a comprehensive set of assessments, working with you to promote church health and community connection.
We stick to essentials.
God
We believe in one God eternally existing in three co-equal persons -- Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who have the same essence, but who are distinct in office and activity.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, maintaining the fullness of deity, took upon the fullness of humanity in His incarnation, in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful man. He accomplished our redemption through His substitutionary death on the cross for our sin and physical resurrection from the dead.
Man
Made in the image of God and originally morally innocent, humanity has rejected God through sin. Humanity is unable to repair their own brokenness and separation from God. Without forgiveness of sin and reconciliation to God, man will continue to be separated from God.
Salvation
The only means of forgiveness of sin and reconciliation to God is through Jesus Christ in His death and resurrection, namely, the justice of God satisfied in our sin placed upon Jesus Christ, and the love of God extending forgiveness and reconciliation to those who accept Jesus Christ by faith - that is, trust. In justification, anyone who trusts Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sin and reconciliation to God is exhaustively forgiven, adopted by God, and sealed with the Holy Spirit. Following justification, all are to follow Jesus Christ as His disciples in sanctification, becoming more like Christ in character, and living lives that are pleasing to Christ. All who are justified will experience glorification, where sin will be gone and we will be with God without end.
The Scriptures
We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God and the supreme and final authority in doctrine and practice.
The Church
The universal church consists of all who have been justified by the grace of Jesus Christ by faith. The church is to demonstrate its commitment to Jesus Christ through continual discipleship with Him, serving the world in mission, and loving one another. We should seek unity in essential doctrine and give charity in non-essential doctrine.
